Thanks to all our patients for the great photos you sent. I was a tough decision, but here they are:

  1. Below, in random order, are the SIX Flat Doc Finalist Photos
  2. Check out all SIX photos, pick your favorite and vote to the right.  Click on the number you like best in the polling box.  We will be tracking online activity and IP addresses.  Please… no manipulation of polling software or the photo will be disqualified.
  3. The top three photos with the most votes, both online +  votes in the office, will win the iPads.
  4. Tell you friends and relatives to vote online also.
  5. Don't forget to "Like US" on Facebook.  Your name will be placed in a drawing for MOVIE TICKETS to take friends and family to the movies. $80 Value.
  6. Winners for the iPads and the winner of the MOVIE TICKETS for "liking us" on Facebook will be announced on Sept 16th on our Blog and Facebook.  Check back for results.
